Data Deletion Instructions

You can ask us to delete the data oop.ge stores about you at any time. Choose the option that fits:

1. An unfinished site — yourself, in the panel

A site that has not been activated yet can be deleted by you: in the panel open “My sites” → “⋮” on the site card → “Delete” and confirm with the site name. The site, its texts and uploaded files are deleted immediately.

2. A live site or your whole account — by email

Email info@oop.ge from the address you use to sign in, with the subject “Data deletion”. Tell us what to delete — a specific site (its address) or your whole account. We will complete the request within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted: the account, the site(s) and their content, uploaded files, visitor messages, email mailboxes including their messages, and social network connection tokens. Deleting a mailbox cannot be undone — save any messages you need beforehand.

3. Removing the Facebook connection

If you connected a Facebook Page to your site: in Facebook open Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations, select oop.ge and click Remove. We will then delete the stored token, and news will no longer be posted to Facebook. You can also remove the connection in our panel, or email info@oop.ge — we will delete the token and confirm.

4. Website visitors

If you want data you sent through a contact form deleted, contact that site’s owner or write to us — we will forward your request to the owner.

What remains after deletion

Deleted data is removed from the live system immediately. It may remain in encrypted backups for up to 6 months, after which it is deleted automatically. We may keep only what the law requires us to keep.
